Tropical Rum Spritz

This tastes as good as it looks, using the amazing Bols Blue Curacao & Batch Distillery totally tropical with lemonade & prosecco, it’s a match made in paradise!

Ingredients

• 25ml bolscocktails Blue Curacao
• 50ml Batch Distillery Totally Tropical Rum
• 25ml Pineapple Juice
• Splash of Lemonade
• Top Up with Prosecco

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice.
2. Add bolscocktails Blue Curacao, Batch Distillery Totally Tropical Rum and Pineapple Juice.
3. Top with Splash of Lemonade and Top Up with Prosecco and stir gently.
4. Serve straight away.
