BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced blends smooth, aged rum, spices and the Caribbean flavours of coconut and pineapple, with the unique sweetness of the coconut blossom. This spirit is perfect for making Piña C.

Ingredients

  • 50ml BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced
  • 50ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Coconut Cream
  • 25ml Monin Vanilla Syrup

Method

  1. Add BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream and Monin Vanilla Syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.
  4. Serve straight away.
