Ginger Rum Cocktail
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and pour in the rum and ginger beer. Shake it until the shaker feels really cold, then strain it into a glass filled with ice. Add grenadine until it’s the perfect spo.
Ingredients
50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum
100ml Ginger Beer
10ml Grenadine
Dash of Lime Juice
Garnish with two cherries, a slice of lime and a handful of pomegranate seeds
Method
Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
Add Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum, Grenadine and Dash of Lime Juice.
Top up with Ginger Beer and stir gently.
Garnish with two cherries, a slice of lime and a handful of pomegranate seeds and serve.
