Watermelon Vodka Spritz

I’ve teamed up with the ice co to party in style! Making their Vodka Watermelon Spritz recipe.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka

  • 50ml Watermelon Juice

  • Top Up With Soda Water

  • 1tsp Honey

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • Garnish: Fresh Mint, Watermelon Wedge & Lime Wheel

Method

  1. Add the watermelon juice, vodka, lime juice and honey to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.

  2. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top up with soda water.

  3. Add a few lime wheels to the glass and garnish with a wedge of watermelon and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy!
