Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Salted Caramel Espresso Martini cocktail recipe by Gin & Domic

I made this delicious twist on the espresso martini for The Gin To My Tonic, they have recently launched their new Salted Caramel Gin & it’s super tasty!

Ingredients

  • 50ml Salted Caramel Gin
  • 25ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 25ml Fresh Espresso
  • 20ml Caramel Syrup

Method

  1. Add Salted Caramel Gin, Coffee Liqueur, Fresh Espresso and Caramel Syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 15 seconds to build a rich foam.
  3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  4. Serve straight away.
