Lemon Whisky Sour

Celebrate Burns night in style with this Haggis Whisky Sour.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Chieftain Haggis-Washed Glen Marnoch Whisky

  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 15ml Grandessa Squeezy Honey

  • Garnish - Simon Howie Curried Haggis Bon Bon’s + Lemon Slice

Method

  1. Add Chieftain Haggis-Washed Glen Marnoch Whisky, Fresh Lemon Juice and Grandessa Squeezy Honey to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  3. Double-strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Garnish with Simon Howie Curried Haggis Bon Bon’s + Lemon Slice and serve.
